Glued the neck/headpiece joint.
The angle of the neck is set. Stronger than it would be as a solid piece and less waste.

Glued the headpiece veneer to the headpiece. Drew the outline of the headpiece. Glued the heel block of the neck together.
This is some light colored wood right here.
